How to Apply

Applications for 2024-25 school year now available!
Please submit an inquiry today to begin the application process or access the application directly here. Applications are May 15, 2024.

step 1: Submit an Inquiry Form

Upon receipt, Admissions and Executive Co-Director, Liz Casey Searl, will reach out to start the conversation about what a PCS education can mean for your child(ren)!

step 2: come for a tour

Visiting campus and meeting our learning community are the best ways to get to know PCS. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to meet with Co-Directors Liz and Kathryn to talk about your child’s specific learning styles, strengths, interests and challenges and how PCS may support your child’s development. step 3: Bring your child to visit

While on campus, you and your child will explore our classrooms and outdoor learning spaces, observe classes in session, meet your child’s potential teachers and students from his/her/their class, and get the low-down on PCS life and learning from our student tour guides.


step 4: Complete an application

To access the online application, you will be prompted to create an account in our admissions portal by choosing a username and password. From there, please follow the prompts to complete the application and submit the one-time $75 application fee.

step 5: Child Shadow Day

To complete the application process, we invite you to bring your child to PCS for a shadow day or half day (depending on the readiness of your child). During this visit, your child will experience the rhythm of our days, get acquainted with our community values and expectations, see our learning style in action, and meet our students and staff. Your child may spend time in more than one classroom and/or participate in brief assessments to help determine appropriate placement.

step 6: Enrollment

Once an admissions decision has been made, Co-Director Liz Casey Searl will welcome you to our PCS community and walk you through the steps to enrolling your child at PCS!
