Donate now: Brown bag lunches for the homeless & hungry

PCS counselor Eileen DeCecco runs a brown bag program for which Upper Primary students prepare and pack brown bag lunches for the homeless. Younger students decorate the bags and write notes to be included.

Eileen is looking for food donations, which might include the following:

  • cold cuts, sliced cheese, & bread for sandwiches
  • refried beans & shredded cheese for quesadillas
  • rice, canned beans, & onions for tortillas
  • apples and oranges
  •  individually wrapped healthy snacks like cheese sticks, muffins, granola bars, raisins, or crackers.

Donations may be left in Eileen's office (across from EC) or, if appropriate, in the Community Room refrigerator with a note that it's for brown bags for the homeless and hungry.
